Through excellent application of financial and accounting principles, Cresco Finance team continuously provide innovative, efficient, and effective support to our Retail, Production, and Manufacturing teams and provides a wide range of operational and strategic financial advisory services to the Executive Management Committee and factories across the nation.Cresco Finance is responsible for the provision of independent financial and other ancillary data and advice to support business decision-making, ensuring strict adherence to the stringent laws and relevant standards of oil exploration and mining, and facilitating operational efficiency and effectiveness through best practices around the world. The Cresco Finance team may equally be required to provide a range of other complex advisory services in relation to mergers and acquisitions, product development, capital raising and structures. Similarly, the strategy team is saddled with the responsibility of environmental analysis and designing strategies that optimally take advantage of opportunities and avert threats. Through innovative ideas, research and industry-wide awareness, the strategy team reviews current processes and systems and make recommendations for sustaining excellent performances and closing any strategic gap in performance standards.Just like every department, abundant opportunities are available with the Cresco Finance and Strategy team to aid your career progression.
